Tortillas with chicken, vegetables and yoghurt

  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 3 colourful peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 fresh mushrooms
  • ½ clove of garlic mashed
  • Salt, pepper, curry
  • Olive oil
For the yoghurt sauce:
  • 170 g goat strained yoghurt "Veloudo"
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tbsp. mustard (soft or spicy)
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • Salt Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
  • Cut chicken fillets into strips. Add salt, pepper and curry and stir the spices.
  • Clean and cut the peppers and mushrooms in strips.
  • In a pan, pour some olive oil and sauté the chicken with the garlic for 5 minutes on medium heat.
  • Then add the peppers and mushrooms and continue sautéing for a few more minutes (until the vegetables soften).
  • We spread the sauce, vegetables and chicken on the tortillas.
  • We wrap them tightly in rolls, put them in a pan and bake them in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes at 180 degrees.
