Ingredients
- 4 tortillas
- 2 chicken fillets
- 3 colourful peppers, cut into strips
- 2 fresh mushrooms
- ½ clove of garlic mashed
- Salt, pepper, curry
- Olive oil
For the yogurt sauce:
- 170 g goat strained yogurt "Veloudo"
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1 tbsp. mustard (soft or spicy)
- 1 tsp. honey
- Salt Pepper
- Olive oil
Execution
- Mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
- Cut chicken fillets into strips. Add salt, pepper and curry and stir the spices.
- Clean and cut the peppers and mushrooms in strips.
- In a pan, pour some olive oil and sauté the chicken with the garlic for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Then add the peppers and mushrooms and continue sautéing for a few more minutes (until the vegetables soften).
- We spread the sauce, vegetables and chicken on the tortillas.
- We wrap them tightly in rolls, put them in a pan and bake them in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes at 180 degrees.
