Beet salad with yogurt

Ingredients
  • 800g “Bioagros” boiled beetroot
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 170g “Bioagros” strained yogurt "VELOUDO"
  • ¼ tea cup orange juice
  • A little orange zest
  • Salt, Pepper
  • A little vinegar
  • Some basil leaves
Execution
  • Ground the cloves of garlic in a mortar.
  • In a large bowl mix "VELOUDO" yogurt, garlic, orange juice and zest, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Mix until the mixture is homogenized.
  • We open the pack with the cooked beetroots and put them in a bowl.
  • Pour the beets with the yogurt sauce.
  • Lastly, we decorate with a few basil leaves
Tips

We can serve beet salad with walnuts or pomegranate.
