Ingredients
- 800g “Bioagros” boiled beetroot
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 170g “Bioagros” strained yogurt "VELOUDO"
- ¼ tea cup orange juice
- A little orange zest
- Salt, Pepper
- A little vinegar
- Some basil leaves
Execution
- Ground the cloves of garlic in a mortar.
- In a large bowl mix "VELOUDO" yogurt, garlic, orange juice and zest, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Mix until the mixture is homogenized.
- We open the pack with the cooked beetroots and put them in a bowl.
- Pour the beets with the yogurt sauce.
- Lastly, we decorate with a few basil leaves
Tips
We can serve beet salad with walnuts or pomegranate.
