Ingredients for the pie
- 1 pack of pastry sheet
- 2 oranges (juice and zest)
- 150g fresh butter
- 4 eggs
- 150g sugar
- 350g of “BioAgros” strained yoghurt "VELOUDO"
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1-2 vanilla
Ingredients for the syrup
- 200 ml. orange juice
- 250 ml. water
- 400g sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick (optional)
- peel of an orange
Execution
For the orange pie
- Cut the crust leaves in strips.
- Mix the butter and sugar until they foam, add the eggs and continue to strike for 1 minute.
- Add strained yoghurt "VELOUDO", vanilla, baking powder, juice and zest from the oranges and mix with a spatula until the mixture is homogenized.
- Add the pastry sheets to the mixture (crumbed) and continue mixing.
- Put the mixture on a tray that has been sprinkled with butter or oil and bake in a preheated oven for 35 '- 40 minutes at 180 ° C (depending on the oven).
For the syrup
- Until the orange pie is cooked, boil the syrup ingredients and leave the mixture to cool
- Remove the cinnamon stick and the peels from the orange to avoid bruising.
- Cut the sweet into pieces as soon as it is cooked and pour the syrup warm to cold.
For serving
Serve the orange pie with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
